QC checklist for Kakobuy spreadsheet finds

A find is not ready just because the product photo looks good. Use this checklist before you move a link from "interesting" to "worth ordering."

Photo checks

  • Front, back, side, top, and close-up photos are available.
  • Logo placement is centered and not warped by the camera angle.
  • Color looks consistent across photos, not only in the seller image.
  • Material texture matches the item type and season.

Fit and size checks

  • Measurements are shown or easy to request.
  • Size chart uses centimeters or another clear unit.
  • Shoes show insole length when sizing is uncertain.
  • Outerwear has shoulder, chest, sleeve, and length measurements.

Risk checks

  • The listing has enough detail to identify the exact variant.
  • QC photos match the selected color and SKU.
  • The item weight makes sense for the product type.
  • You know whether the item is fragile, bulky, or likely to be inspected closely.

Listing checks

  • The product title, images, and selected variant all describe the same item.
  • Color names are clear enough that you will not order the wrong option.
  • The listing does not rely only on polished seller photos.
  • The price is believable compared with similar listings in the same category.

Seller and link checks

  • The link opens to the product page you expected, not a search result or shop homepage.
  • Recent examples or user notes support the item instead of only old screenshots.
  • Return, exchange, or cancellation limits are understood before purchase.
  • You can still identify the item if the spreadsheet title is vague.

Final decision checks

  • You can explain why this link is better than your backup option.
  • The biggest risk is acceptable, not simply ignored.
  • You have checked the item again after choosing size, color, and variant.
  • You are comfortable removing the link if one important detail is missing.

Category-specific QC priorities

Different categories fail in different ways. Shoes need shape, insole length, outsole details, and box weight checks. Bags need hardware, strap length, lining, stitching, and shape retention. Clothing needs fabric, tags, shoulder width, chest width, sleeve length, and overall length. Small accessories need close-up photos because tiny flaws are easy to hide in broad seller images.

Use the checklist as a filter, not a formality. If the most important category-specific detail is missing, the find should stay out of your final shortlist until the detail is confirmed.

When to walk away

Walk away when the listing relies on one polished seller image, hides measurements for a fit-sensitive item, or shows QC photos that do not match the selected variant. The cheapest spreadsheet find is not cheap if it ships poorly, fits wrong, or forces you to reorder.
